Ruth S. Nickerson

Ruth S. Nickerson of West Bridgewater died January 26, 2019, in a car accident, at the age of 70. Ruth was born in Brockton, daughter of the late Ruth E. (Schutz) and William A. Couite. Mrs. Nickerson was raised and educated in West Bridgewater graduating from West Bridgewater High School and Massasoit Community College and was a manager in the telecommunications field. When not working, Ruth enjoyed going on short trips with her granddaughter, Susana, as well as spending time visiting friends. She was the mother of Danielle Marks of Sandwich and Heather Johnsen of Fall River; sister of Richard Couite of West Bridgewater, Patricia Flannagan of West Bridgewater and the late Linda Bunker of West Bridgewater; grandmother of Susana D. Johnson, Tobias Marks and Delilah Marks. Ruth is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
