Paula Sims Obituary


Paula Coulter Sims, 51, of Louisville, departed this life on Wednesday, September 23, 2015, in Taylorsville at the home of her mother.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lorenza and Tootie Smith and Omer and Alma Coulter.

She is survived by sons, Will and Eli and their father, Bill Sims; mother, Diana Bockting (Stanley); father, Paul Coulter (Robin); step brothers, Glenn Bockting (Sherry) and Stanley Bockting, Jr; special aunt, Deborah Lanham and cousin, Kathy Stevens.

She was a devoted mother, daughter and a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. She leaves behind many relatives and friends to cherish her memory. A special thanks to Dr. James Morgan and staff.

She chose to donate her body to University of Louisville School of Medicine in hopes of helping someone else. There will be no service or visitation. Memorial service to follow at a later date.
