Amelia MAFFIA Obituary

Born May 18, 2023, in Spokane, Washington, to Matthew Peter Maffia Sr. and Kayli Noel Maffia, Amelia Anastasia Teresa Maffia passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024, from pneumonia and respiratory failure. Born at 34 weeks and on a feeding tube for the first six months of her life, Amelia was always smiling. And it was a smile that would melt your heart, even when she was sick. She was a very happy and playful girl. We miss her dearly. Amelia is survived by one brother, Matthew Peter Maffia Jr.; one sister, Isabella Athena Maffia; parents, Matthew Peter Maffia Sr. and Kayli Noel Maffia; and grandparents, Jean Teresa Maffia and Kaelynn Rene Hamilton. In order to raise funds for both the burial plot and headstone, the family requests donations can be made to GoFundMe.com, Amelia Maffia or by calling Sun City Church at (509) 868-1272, which can accept donations in Amelia Maffia's name. The Memorial Service is 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Sun City Church, 10920 E. Sprague Ave., Spokane Valley, WA 99206.
