Born February 24, 1978 in Spokane, WA, Jeff was a laid back kid who enjoyed long days outdoors running all over the neighborhood playing with his siblings, cousins and friends. In his youth he played baseball and football, and he graduated from North Central High School in 1996. He worked for Rosauers, Sears and Lowes after graduation. Jeff battled congestive heart failure throughout his 20s, eventually leading Jeff to be a heart transplant recipient at age 27. The blessing of this gift led Jeff to volunteer promoting organ donation through public speaking, fundraising, and eventually attending nursing school. He graduated from Spokane Community College School of Nursing in 2012 and worked as a nurse at Avalon Care Center, ManorCare, and Valley Hospital.

The biggest blessings in Jeff's life were his girls. He enjoyed helping raise his daughter Angela into adulthood, and he adored his young daughter Chloe, who is so much like her dad in so many ways. He loved watching sports, loyally supporting his favorite teams, San Francisco 49ers and Detroit Red Wings, season after season. He enjoyed nights out at the casino, often coming home with a jackpot. Jeff had a very quiet sense of humor and you could always count on him to liven up any room with a joke or observation. His nursing school friends said he made nursing school fun. Jeff made friends wherever he went, and his co-workers were like family to him.

Jeff is survived by his daughters Chloe Larson and Angela Inman. He is also survived by his mother Diane Larson, father Donald (Gail) Larson, sister Jennifer (Jon) Clifton, brother Craig Larson, and step-brothers Jeff Garrison and Travis Garrison, and two nieces and two nephews, and so very many friends and family members whose kind words have helped his family immensely during this difficult time.

A memorial service for Jeff will be held on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 1pm at the chapel at Fairmount Memorial Park, 5200 W. Wellesley Ave., Spokane, WA. Memorial donations can be made in his honor to Donate Life America.
