Kenneth DOWNING Obituary

A beloved man has passed into the arms of God. Kenneth Argene Downing (March 5, 1939 - March 9, 2025), passed away peacefully with family at his side. Now he is dancing in heaven with his wife, Terri (Faye Theresa Langland) Downing (October 3, 1940 - October 14, 2024), and fishing with his son, Gary Downing (October 4, 1968 - August 21, 2017).

He is survived by 3 children, Jolene (Michelle Ludwick) Downing, Lynn Stapleton (Downing), and Troy Downing; a son-in-law, Brian Stapleton; a daughter-in-law, Kristin Downing; ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

There will be a Rosary at 10:30am, followed by a funeral mass at 11:30am, at Saint Rose of Lima Church, in Dillon, Montana, on May 23, 2025. To leave condolences for the family, please visit Kenneth's Tribute Page at www.hennesseyvalley.com.

I went to High School with Kenny. We were in the same class and I partied many times with him while in high school and also in later years with him and Terry. Makes me sad to hear that he has passed. Condolences to all of you.
