Lee PETERS Obituary

Lee Warren Peters, age 86, passed away with his family by his side on March 31, 2024. Lee was born May 25, 1937, to Clarence and Lillie Peters in Spokane, Washington. He grew up in Spokane and graduated from Rogers High School in 1955.

Lee served in the Army National Guard. He married JoAnn Santora in 1961. They spent many years working together side by side managing properties in Washington, California, and Hawaii. They retired together at Garfield Bay on Lake Pend Oreille. Lee loved to hunt and fish and dance with JoAnn.

Lee was predeceased by his mother and father, Clarence and Lillie Peters; his wife, JoAnn Peters; his grandson, Anthony Peters; and his son, Greg Peters. Lee is survived by his son, Doug Peters and wife, Connie Peters; his daughter, LeeAnn Jacot and husband, Neil Jacot; his daughter, Jody Hendrex and husband, Erik Hendrex; daughter-in-law, Sue Peters; eight grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, April 19, 2024, at Yates Funeral Home - Hayden Chapel, 373 E. Hayden Ave., Hayden, ID 83835 with a reception following.
