Murrel Wolfrom

WOLFROM, Murrel D. Murrel was welcomed into the loving arms of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 25, 2009 following a long and courageous battle with breast cancer. Murrel was born on September 17, 1949 to Murrell and Dorothy Sasseen. Murrel was a brilliant, creative seamstress and talented gardener. She was a member of the Inland Empire Iris Society. She also worked in the parish office of St. Mary's Catholic Church as a volunteer and was a member of Women at the Well at St. Mary's. Survivors include devoted spouse Thomas, son David, sisters Sandi and Renee; brother Arthur, grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and faithful cat, Shadow. Much thanks and gratitude go to the entire staff at Hospice of Spokane/Hospice House, Sacred Heart Oncology Unit, and Medical Oncology Associates. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at St.. Mary's Catholic Church, 304 S. Adams, Spokane Valley on Friday, December 4, 2009 with Msgr. John Steiner, celebrant.
