News Death Notice
BLAKE, Amanda L. 26, of Springfield, passed away at 8:31 p.m. Sunday, August 14, 2016 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born in Springfield on February 24, 1990. Survivors include her mother and step-father, Heather (Blake) and Michael Wallen; father, Jack Brenner; sister, Celeste Halen; maternal grandparents, Ann and Terry Blake; paternal grandmother, Julie Mills; maternal great grandmother, Elsie Blake and many other relatives and friends. The family would like to give a special thank you to her caregiver, Holly Kellis and all her friends at Quest Adult Services. Her funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday in CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Deacon John Collins officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery, Urbana. Memorial donations may be made to Developmental Disabilities of Clark County, 2527 Kenton Street, Springfield, Ohio 45505.
