Frank Donald Obituary
age 83 of Horseheads, NY passed away on Saturday January 2, 2010. Mr. Donald was born on January 6, 1926 in Endicott, NY the son of the late Frank and Helen Bradshaw Donald. He was a Veteran of WWII serving his country with the U.S. Army. Chuck was a retired Industrial Engineer for Eclipse/Bendix/Purolator Motor Components in Elmira Heights, NY. Frank married his wife Lorraine Erickson Donald on December 29, 1972 and they recently celebrated their 37th Wedding Anniversary. Chuck was a member of the Mark Twain Golf Club and a member of "The Dewbirds". He was also a member of the American Legion Post #154 in Elmira Heights, NY and the Old Oak Lodge #364 F&AM in Horseheads, NY. Mr. Donald is survived by his wife Lorraine Erickson Donald; sons and daughters-in-law: Frank C. and Corinne Donald Jr. of West Allis, WI; Christopher S. Donald and Erin Moore of Wayne, Michigan; John Donald of Rome, PA; daughter: Caryl "Tammy" Donald of Nichols, NY; stepson: Thomas and Alice Check of Beaverton, Oregon; brother: Carl J. Donald and Joyce Monroe of Horseheads, NY; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of caring friends. Private Funeral Services will be held at the Lynch Funeral Home 318 West Broad Street Horseheads, NY at the convenience of the family. Interment in Maple Grove Cemetery in Horseheads, NY.
