John Priano

John J. Of Alpine, NY Age 78 of Cottage Road, Apline, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 3, 2001 of a sudden heart attack. He was born in Geneva, NY on October 6, 1922, the son of the late Guy and Elizabeth Priano. Mr. Priano was predeceased by his first wife Wealthy Priano and his second wife, Lorraine A. Priano. He is survived by his children, Linda of Auburn, NY, John Jr. of Oregon, Guy and Neil of Ohio; 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; brother, Sam of Geneva, NY. He was also predeceased by his brother, Fred of Tonawanda, NY. John was a retired employee of the Village of Montour Falls Highway Department and a former employee of the Seneca State Park. He was a member of the Montour Falls Moose Lodge and the CSCA Union. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Vedder and Scott Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St. Montour Falls, NY on Friday, January 12, 2001 from 2-4 PM. A private funeral and committal service will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Odessa, NY.
