Mr. Friedman, Ken and Steve,
You're in my thoughts -- so many great memories of a wonderful and caring mother, family, and a welcoming home.

Herman, Ken, and Steve, I send my sympathy to each of you on your loss of Sylvia. I did a lot of work on your Roricks Glen home after the 72 flood. Of course you were just kids then. I have often wondered about your family and wondered if Herman and Sylvia still lived there? I hope past memories will carry you through the days ahead. Very Sincerely, Harlan Press

Ken, I am thinking of you and your family today. May your mother rest in peace, and your family find comfort and solace with each other, and in the memories you share.

My heart goes out to the entire Friedman family. I have warm memories of spending time at your house, primarily with a group of teens in the basement. Mrs. Friedman was warm and welcoming, and would give sage advice to me (and other young women) about how we deserved both success and happiness.
