Jimmy, you've been gone now for a month. I don't know where to begin. I already feel the void you left but I can also say that there has not been a day I haven't thought of you and some of the things we did together growing up and later in life.
I miss you brother and will always remember you as the loving and caring person you were and as wonderful friend and brother.
Love You Always,
Billy

This goes to the men and women of the Carolina Beach Police Dept.
Jimmy spoke highly of you, the department, and of course his chosen profession.
He may be my cousin, but he was also another " member of our law enforcement family."
Having shared similar memories in past, I am sure he will keep watch over all of you.
Thank you for your friendship and partnership with him.
Stay safe.
