DAVID OAKLEY FITZPATRICK, JR, 66, of DelValle, died Friday, August 15th. He was born in Amarillo, TX on September 17, 1958, a son of the late David Oakley Fitzpatrick, Sr. and Joni Dell Sanders. The Celebration Service will be 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 30th, at Victory City Church, 19201 Wilke Lane, Pflugerville, TX. The public visitation will be one hour before the service. Flowers can be delivered on Friday to A Life Celebration by Franklin-Austin or on Saturday to Victory City Church. This great Celebration will be a Personal Signature Service under the Professional Guidance of Dr. Barry J.W. "The Shepherd" Franklin, CFSP who will fulfill David's final earthly celebration with great excellence.
