John Ruff Obituary
John is survived by his wife of 50 years, Virginia; his three sons, Sean, Shelby (Nicole Bombara), and Anthony (Mara Etz); and four granddaughters, Lillie, London, Anamaria, and Isabella.
Born on January 16, 1950, in San Angelo, Texas, John was raised in Junction. He spent the majority of his professional life at Applied Materials, where he formed many lasting friendships.
John had a deep love for reading and enjoyed traveling to Brazil and Argentina. He found joy in hunting on Joe's ranch and took pride in cultivating his vegetable garden.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Austin Pets Alive!, honoring John's special bond with dogs.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Best grandpa in the whole world:) his early soccer games and breakfast tacos, scratch offs and gas station sausage his angry little dogs and telling you to shut the door we're just some of his quirky characteristics but he was truly the best grandpa in the world his jokes never failed to brighten your day even if they were a little mean haha he was so loving and was loved by so many:)))
