Yesterday

I served on the DRT Republic of Texas Museum Committee for seven years. She was so nice and very knowledgeable. A favorite quote of hers was when people found out her entire family were original to Austin, even from the Republic era, she said, "Yes. Do you want to shake my hand?"

Many, many great memories of Nancy (and Jim) over the years. She was always kind but strong. My deepest sympathies to the family.
