Robert was born on January 19,1959 at Bergstrom AFB, Austin, Texas to Colonel Victor Manson Wallace and Mary Rutte Wallace. Dean of Georgetown, mother-in-law Linda Brockman Hacker of Round Rock, sister-in-law Tina Elaine (CT) Lee of Round Rock, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Colonel Victor Manson Wallace and father-in-law Alden Floyd Hacker.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 12:00 noon at Northlake Church, 3610 Lohman Ford Road, Lago Vista, Texas 78645. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Texas Airedale Rescue or Envision Dallas (Dallas Lighthouse for the Blind).
