The phrase 'grace under fire' comes to mind when I think of Travis and how he dealt with his the stressful situations in his life the past few years. I will miss him and do feel sadness knowing he's gone now - but am happy to have known him when, and as I did. Sending sympathy & prayers to his loved ones.

Travis was a super guy and I miss him. As a co-worker, he was always ready to help, would get the job done, and found creative solutions. As a friend he was even better. His joy of life, generosity, positive outlook, humility, and beer-loving nature made him a fun person to be with. I pray that Terry and family may find peace and comfort during this sad time.

I was so sad to hear the news about Travis. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Terry, and all of your family. The best advice I got when my Mom died was just to take it one day at a time, so I pass this advice on to you. Some days will be harder than others, and that's ok. Just take them one at a time. Take good care of yourself, Terry!

Travis and I grew up in the same neighborhood in Corsicana. He and I used to walk to Bowie Elem. and Collins Jr High together. I spent many afternoons and weekends around the Coe house. He was a great classmate and friend. I have not seen him in a longtime, but I will always remember him and his big smile..I pray that God will give the family peace during this time..

Travis was more than just a co-worker and friend; he was an amazing person. He loved to laugh and share the love and joys in his life. From photos to bike rides with Terry, voicemails from his grandchildren, new tattoos, you name it, he always had a smile on his face and a special memory that went with it. And yes, even his love for the aggies which we didn't see eye to eye on. His passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of everyone who knew him. Travis' memory will always remain deep within my heart. I'm honored to have had the pleasure of his friendship. My sincere thoughts and prayers are with you, Terry & Family. With deepest sympathy...

I grew up across the street from the Coes. Little Travis took me on my first motorcycle ride when I was 8 or 9 years old. He also took me to Qs pool hall out on 7th. Can you imagine? That would never fly in 2012! I can still see those KISS posters in his room. As a kid I could never quite understand what or who they were. I guess that was my first introduction to rock music. Thanks Travis! You were a great guy.
