Casey Joseph Norris, 28, of Pensacola passed away Monday, September 12, 2011.
Casey was born on July 25, 1983 in Madisonville, KY. He worked at Sam's Club in Pensacola, and liked to play classical guitar, swim and bicycling. He loved life and lived it to the hilt. We are all devastated with the passing of Casey. Those of us who got to know him a year ago at Cody's wedding know what an electric and fun personality he had. His big smile and twinkling eyes livened up any room. And could he tell jokes! He made us laugh so much. Casey is in heaven now and probably has the angels laughing. We love you Casey and you will always be in our hearts forever.
Survivors include his parents, Andrew and Marian Norris; brother, Cody Stephen Norris; sister, Candace Marie Norris and nephew, Hayden Conner Norris.
The family will receive friends from 5:00pm until the funeral service at 7:00pm Friday, September 16, 2011 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Foundation Fighting Blindness, P. O. Box 17279, Baltimore, MD 21298-9581 in Casey's name.
HARPER-MORRIS MEMORIAL CHAPEL is in charge of arrangements.

Casey ,Not a day goes by that I don't stop and think about you. I found a very old movie tape in a drawer and just had it made into a CD. I played it tonight and there was Ryan , Steph, Candace in it and later , all of us doing yard work at mother's house about 1989. All of a sudden there was your sweet face smiling at me . Casey, Although I am not familiar with the Communion of Saints, I will also light a candle for you, along with your Aunt Dot...as you always had a way of keeping such a great outlook of life. Casey man it just seems like yeasterday when we were tearn up the roads in alvaton from my house to urs for jeffs to jimmys around the elementary school;spending the night at each others house trying to figure out what we were going to do next man I miss those days . Casey u were my closest friend for a long time.I remember swimming in Ur pool and stayn the night at Ur house all day during the summer months Weather if we were in side or out side camping. I remember going to the drakes creek middle school dances and all us guys would meet at Ur house to get ready for the ladys .Man I miss that we always had fun together no matter what . We didn't hang so much in high school and I wish we had and then after we graduated I didn't see u much at all but one thing no matter what ever happened I know if I needed anything and u were around I could count on u Casey u were my brother and friend and iwish things had been different as we got older as maybe be could of hung out more Casey u are missed man .

Casey, I just read the beautiful message from your dad, and Andy's so right...we do get caught up in daily things....but as your dad said...we do all think about you and have you in heart and soul everyday. Casey, man its so hard to let go that you are no longer here. Not a day goes by that i ride the streets of alvaton and think of all the things we use to do together. Its hard to say goodbye to such a wonderful person. Just the other day i was thinking about us rollerblading at the school and going on one of our many bike rides around the county. We were such good friends and I know that one day we will meet again in heaven. I want to call you all the time but I know I cant. I still look at the pictures of us as kids and miss the times we shared. I Love Ya buddy and I cant wait till we meet again. Save me a seat up there.
