Carole, my name is Gail Jones and I remember you and Jim very well as my father was Officer Richard Jones (mother Millie) and worked with Jim at the University Police Dept. in the 50's and they were also good friends. I remember visiting at your home with my parents when you had two little girls, Vicky and Toni. I am glad to see Jim had a long and fulfilling life with his loving family. My mother passed away in 2011 at the age of 91. My sister Pam is 79 and I am 78. I hope you are well, Carole. I am very sorry for your loss.

Carole and family,
I am so sorry to learn of Jim’s passing. From reading the full obituary, Jim was a very accomplished man and had a lovely family.
My dad, Richard Jones, was also a police officer with University City Police Dept.
Jim and my dad were partners for a time on the force. I was probably 7 or so when I met Jim and his then girlfriend Carole. I’m guessing early to mid 1950’s. My sister Gail and I loved Jim and Carole and were so happy when we got to see them socially. My mom (Millie) and my dad considered Jim and Carole dear friends. Great memories from long ago.
I am so sorry for your loss.

Hoping you find peace at this very difficult time in your lives. Saying your final good byes is never an easy task, but know he is sleeping in the arms of Jesus and we will all see him again. Remember the wonderful memories he gave you, and look forward to your joyful reunion. I love you all very much, and wish I could be there. Praying you are able to comfort one another as you make this final journey. Many prayers to each and every one of you.

Our hearts are with the Antonacci family. Jim was a wonderful friend to our father and served as best man in my parents’ wedding. May your fondest memories of Jim bring you comfort.
