Jim Gerlock Obituary

Gerlock, Jim passed away, Wednesday, April 21, 2010. Beloved husband of Donna Gerlock; dear father of Cynthia (Rex) Bradley and James (Tina) Gerlock, Jr.; grandfather of Ryan (Magdalena) Bradley, Kristin Bradley, Lauren Gerlock and James Gerlock III; great-grandfather of Gavin Edward Bradley. Dear uncle, greatuncle, cousin and friend to many. Mr. Gerlock was District Manager of Shell Oil Company, President of Events International and served in the Navy during the Korean Conflict. Jim especially enjoyed the friendship of the R.O.M.E.O.S (Retired Old Men Eating Out) in the later years of his life. Services: Memorial service at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Tuesday, 7 p.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Humane Society of MO. Memorial visitation Tuesday 6-7 p.m. Friends may sign the family's on-line guestbook at Schrader.com.

Donna, my prayers are with you and the family. You and Jim were great neighbors and I will never forget your 50th birthday party. Since the sudden death of George, I am now living in Bel-Nor near Cheri and her family, so we probably won't be running into each other at Dierberg's. God bless you.
