Kathi, Dan and Family,
When I think of Kevin I think of the happy childhood he and Ben shared; the bond they had almost instantaneously. They both always supported each other and had a 'brother-like' friendship. I wish it would've continued through the years, but they seemed to drift apart and then you and I also didn't see as much of each other and I missed our friendship. PLEASE call me if you need anyhing at all; so SORRY i missed the funeral. I was just SO schocked to hear the news and have been thinking of nothing else since. Hang in there girl and be greatful you have a piece of Kevin in Braedon.

Dear Kevin, his Family and Friends,
As Kevin's middle school basketball coach and friend, I wanted to express my deepest sympathy's to you for his loss and I'm so sorry for you. I deeply apologize that I could not make his services.
As you know Kevin and Chad were friends in those days, skate boarding (Kevin was awesome), playing basketball, staying over watchin' "the Goonies" eating pizza in the basement.
I will always remember him giving us a laugh! He had a golden heart, no matter who he met he was kind, courteous and always laughing! I have a special place for him in me and I know my son Chad does as well.
One thing I know is Kevin loved his parents and his friends. I'm sure he loved his new family very much.
As his coach I wish I could have been there more when and/or if he needed. As his friend I want his son and family to know that his father was a good hearted boy, man and person. He never hurt a soul!

Nothing anyone can say can convey our sorrow that you all feel.
I wanted to tell you that today when sitting at his service all I could think of was when we used to go to the zoo and visit Dad and ride on the train. Those were such happy times. I remember when we used to go to 6 Flags and get so wet. Jim really hated getting wet.haha My boys loved playing with their "cousin". Remember when we made the T-Shirts for the Dads and Grandpas? Those were such happy times. Life will never be the same; but please comfort yourself in knowing that Kevin had a wonderful childhood and parents, aunts, uncles, and grandparents all who love him.

I babysat Kevin when he was 9 years old and will never forget what a sweet boy he was. I looked forward to spending time with him after school everyday. We loved to play basketball in the driveway and joke around with each other. He always made me laugh and was like a little brother to me. I have no doubt that he grew up to be a very wonderful young man. Kathi, you were always such a sweet lady to me and I am so happy that you have a grandson that I'm sure reminds you so much of Kevin. I am a mother now too and can't even begin to imagine the pain you are feeling right now. I hope you are able to find peace in the fact that many people love Kevin and are proud to say they knew him. I will pray for your family and never forget the face of that sweet 9 year old boy.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Kevin’s death and want you to know how difficult it is for me to express how very sorry I am for your loss.
I will never forget Kevin’s amazing smile and those big brown eyes that looked up at me every morning as he came into my third grade classroom. Without a doubt, he was always the “bright spot” in my day.

Kevin losing you has been one of the hardest things i have ever came across. Listening to songs that remind me of you are keeping my spirit up, and keeping a strong faith. Our whole group of friends were the best group of friends. We all miss you soooo much man. Sooo much! We know your in a better place now, hanging out with Bryan. I remember me, you, and your dad would just kick it on the front porch, smoke cigarettes, and listen to Lynard Skynard. Those were the days, and one day we can all do that again. I love you so much.
