When they say a Special Person they were talking about Lana, she never knew a stranger and treated everyone the same. I am so sorry for the family and the community as we are the ones that are deprived of this great person. She enters the Spirit World with her family that has passed before her.

So sad to have heard of Lana's passing. So many good memories of the time we spent with her at Sterett Creek and the Dock Restaurant she so dearly loved. Will always remember the night we were included with others when she served up huge platters of morel mushrooms and corn on the cob. Still have one of her recipes for apple pie that she gave us. Rest in Peace Lana.
