Dear Ruth's Family: I was so sorry
to learn of the passing of "Momma" Ruth. We have been missing her in the Alzheimer's Unit at Green Park. She will be remembered always. May God Bless!

Hi Jack, Shawn and Dianne
I was saddened to see the notice of your loss. I have many memories of Ruth and your family on Mardel. Your Mom was so often in her front yard, willing to trade the neighborhood news when I got home from work. She did a good job educating me and helping me to laugh about the realities of the world. I always figured if Ruth said so, it must be so. She did so love being in the sun, and the rhubarb patch was absolutely legendary. Asparagus was also a noted crop! I'm not sure they make them like Ruth anymore, always willing to have a laugh and a hard worker in all that she did. I wish you many happy memories and a sense of peace now that she's gone to her reward.
In my memories you are all probably 10 years younger as well. May the years continue to be kind...
PS - I am trying to write down some of the history of Mardel, the stories of the families that lived there etc. I would love to hear any memories you have of those years and or pictures you might find.

Dear Fleming Family, \
Sorry to hear of your lost. We only knew Ruth for a brief time of her life, but adored her from the start.
I think of her often.

Dear Dianne, Jack and Shawn,
We are so sorry for the loss of you sweet Mother and our dear Aunt Ruth. We will keep in our hearts all the wonderful times we had with Aunt Ruth and Uncle Cliff and Mother will remember the good times they had starting back in the 1940's. Life has certainly changed for us all.
Love from,
Aunt Helen, Mary, Dennis, Jim, Sue and Madeleine
