Mrs. Boyd was a wonderful caregiver for my children when I was teaching. She was a very kind and loving person that always had a warm heart. I remember her big home on Elm before the city put a parking lot there. I´m very sorry for your loss.

Josephine, was a spirited and a gem of a person full of life and laughter! Her contagious affection to the people she loved and connected to was ever contagious. For 65 Golden years she made her entrance from the Nederlands to a tiny vineyard agricultural town called "Lodi". She made many friends and created the centerpoint for family and friends to come over her house. I will forever miss her homestyle cooking, her discipline, and especially her strong sense of wisdom. She was my mom, and she taught me well to be kind and connected to people. I love you dearly and miss you mom! Say hi to dad and Erland!

Mrs Boyd took care of us Copeland children when our mom was away. I remember her home on Elm Street before the city overtook it to build the current fire station. At that time she moved out to her home on Rutledge Drive. She was always so kind to us and would sometimes treat us to buttered toast with chocolate sprinkles.
My condolences to her serving sons and grands.
