Catherine Bloomquist Obituary

Mrs. Catherine Kaiser Bloomquist (Arvidson), age 86, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones, on August 11, 2025, in Maplewood, Minnesota.

Born on October 21, 1938, in Parkers Prairie, Minnesota, Catherine was the daughter of Reynhart and Zella Arvidson.

Family was at the heart of Cathy's life. She is survived by her son Dan Kaiser II (Glori) of Boise, Idaho; daughter Diane Johnson (Brian) of Stillwater, Minnesota; grandchildren Jessica, Joey (Lexi), and Danny; and great-grandson Jamison.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Daniel Kaiser (1993); second husband Noble Bloomquist (2013); and her sister Violet Smith (1992).

May her memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her.

A Funeral Service will be held on August 22, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at White Funeral Homes, 12804 Nicollet Ave., Burnsville. Wake to begin at 10 A.M., funeral at 11:00, light lunch at noon.
