I think of Col. Todd often. He meant so much to so many. What a great role model to all who aspire to be great leaders.
He always had time for you. Great men like him are few. I pray I see him again on angel’s wings. Peace.

Victoria, I was privileged to know Dean thru our membership in NACUC. I knew him as a thoughtful and caring person and as a credit union Chairman who always wanted to do what was in the best interest for his credit union members. My deepest sympathy to you and your family.
Sincerely, J. E. Toth, Chairman USX FCU Pittsburgh, Pa

To the family; Thank you for sharing such a precious member of your family with all of us. Jesus made him a member of Heaven's Royal family long ago. As a Prince in that realm, an heir to the riches of God's grace; Dean shared his riches with everyone he came in contact with. Always service before self! I will be forever grateful for the many golden nuggets of information, rich shining diamond smile along with help he bestowed and blessed me with. I was blessed to see this Angel in action, he was amazing. Such an example for all of us to follow. Again, thank you. God's Angel flew home!

Although, I have known of Col Todd for many years because of stature and reputation on Keesler AFB. It was during his fight through throat cancer that I expressed my admiration and he shared his testimony. But, it's has been the last 5 years that I can honestly say that I had the privilege of really getting to know him on a personal level. It was during Wednesday Night Bible studies that natured our friendship. I affectionly call him Col Dean and when ever we saw each other he would always give me a big hug. I thank God for allowing me the opportunity share a friendship if only for a few years which I will cherish. He fought the good fight and now he's at peace.
My prayers are for Miss Victoria and his family .
God bless. Bro Ken Wilcher and family.

Cindy, I am so sorry to hear about your dad. Patricia (Patterson) and I got to meet him a couple of years ago while Trish was picking up prescriptions at the hospital! When he found out we went to school together he told us some of his story and what was going on with you! He was a very friendly and funny man....you should be very proud. It sounds like he had a full and wonderful life. My prayers go out to you and your family. Trish sends her prayers to you also.
