Gilbert Berken Memoriam

In Loving Memory of Gilbert H. Berken, MD January 29, 1937 - January 29, 2006 On this 5th anniversary of his passing, our family wishes to honor our beloved, Dr. Gilbert H. Berken. His legacy lives on through his wife, Magdalen, and his three children Judy, Gordon & Christina. Our memories are imbued with his wonderful ??Joie de vivre?? and great appreciation for fine wines and sharp wit. He served as an example to all, of someone who lived life to its fullest. He was a poet, a fisherman, a romantic, a father, a true friend, a husband and so much more.

My dearest friend and neighbor Gil.. May you enjoy eternal peace and harmony in your heavenly home. I will always miss our special talks over only the finest wines!

Dear Magda, Gordy, Judy & Christina,

I have fond memories of talking with Gil at wine dinners and tastings. He was always very kind to me and I know he was a good friend to my husband, Ernie.

My thoughts are with you all as you honor your loving husband and father.
