Phyllis Nardozzi Obituary

The love of my life, Phyllis Theresa Nardozzi, nee McGoldrick, passed away Sunday, December Third in the year of our Lord,Twenty Twenty Three. She was eighty two years old. She was my best friend for Sixty years and wife for Fifty Six of them. Phyllis was born on December 28th, 1940 in Boston, Massachusetts. A multi faceted lady who was a Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. A graduate of Emmanuel College, with degrees in Biology and Chemistry, leading to becoming a Clinical Chemist and Medical Technologist. Her career included hospital laboratory work and many years with Quest Diagnostics. A scientist and co-author of an award winning paper (The determination of the concentration of Dilantin in bodily fluids) published in the Massachusetts Journal of Laboratory Technology. She loved substitute teaching at Coral Springs Middle school and full time teaching science courses at Coral Springs High School.

She will be deeply missed by her husband, David W Nardozzi, as well as her four children; Michael Nardozzi and his wife Nichol, Gina Johnson and her husband Raymond, Diane Sommerer and her husband Jim and her twin sister Elizabeth Nardozzi and her co-parent Don Nimphius. Phyllis will also be survived by Nine Grandchildren, Breann States, Zackri Jones, William Baker, Destiny Baker (deceased), Nathaniel Baker, Mia Nardozzi, Madison Nardozzi, Charlie Nardozzi, August Nimphius, Raymond Johnson and David Johnson, And her many nieces and nephews.
