Got the sad news from Phil Luten this past weekend. Grew up with Robin and went to the same Church. She was a sweet girl with a fair amount of Tabasco mixed in and I had one of those 14 year old crushes on her for years.Saw her last at the reunion about the time they got Elizabeth. She was so happy and I was for her. I will pay for the family.

I was devastated to hear of the sudden loss of Bill and Robin. Bill "Laundau Roof" and I go way back to Rockhurst and Mizzou days. He always had such a positive outlook on life and was fun to be around. He loved to call and chat about the Chiefs and Missouri football success. My fondest memory with Bill was the summer after high school graduation we drove his "Souped-up" blue and white Ford Pinto to visit Scott Higgins in Atlanta. We floated the Chattahoochee River in inner tubes and was treated to a Braves game in the Coca Cola suite at Fulton County Stadium then on to Panama City Florida thwarting Georgia and Florida Highway Patrol using his superior CB radio communication skills. We had a blast the whole trip and were on top of the world. This happy go lucky nature continued with him throughout his entire life. Billy, I am so glad to have been your friend over the years, I will miss you brother. God Bless you and Robin and peace be with you.

I was so shocked and sadden when I heard the news of Robin and Bill this morning. Robin was always a sweet person and very friendly. I haven't had contact with Robin in a long time, but will always remember how kind and generous she was. My sympathies are with her daughter, Elizabeth, Robin's sisters, Kathy and Debbie and their families, and with her niece, Jessica. My heart just aches for each of you.

Our thoughts and prayers are for Elizabeth, his sister Barbara Ann and family and Robin's family. May God hold them in the palm of his hand.
