I am sorry for the loss, he was a dear man and the best Dr. I had since moving to Florida.
I wish the best to his family and the staff at his practice.
Will miss my visits to him for my checkups.

Just sayn how much I Love you n miss you!!!!! I Love you Dad!! Always thinking of you..n still cant get over you are not with us.....in person...but I feel your presence with me All the time....Leave me a sign if you can.......I always looking listening...anything....if you can...I know you will..I hope your new heavenly life is so beautiful....I'm sure it is..I bet you are smiling down...you saw Erica Mom n the kids today...You are our guardian angel..You are how n why I'm at peace...feeling you around..my heart will forever be broken..but your spirit lives on.. and I'm so happy you have no more agony....I'll continue to write n talk to you n visit your burial site...Harper never missed ut.. says there's where Poppa Tom goes! They know..you are thete n up in heaven w God...difficult for us so cant imagine them.. I Love you so much..hugs to our family...I know you were welcomed with open arms. Hi Dad..still sooo very hard..not sure the pain will ever go away...Just have to adjust to the hardest most difficult thing I've ever had to endure...the missing of You..Just isnt the same..my heart aches...its my very 1st Christmas without you. Lots of tears n sadness. I know you wouldn't want any of us to be this way but you were always there for each n everyone of us...you were the Rock to this family...I will continue to live the best life I can...with you in my heart..guiding and helping me w all I do. You were so kind, caring, smart and the most loving father a daughter could have..it couldn't have been better. So I was so very blessed. I will always miss you...we are all trying to be strong..mom misses you so much..you n her had a Love that not many share...that love continues and will for eternity....its just hard for mom being without you...all your time was spent together....but shes strong n knows God had a plan for you....n we will All be together again.. we will continue to talk to you..kiss your picture and blow kisses to in heaven...you are my sweet Daddy Angel...please continue to help me cause I miss you more than I thought possible..Love to All our loved ones with you..I know you are in a beautiful place with them all ..Gods house..Love you so very much Dad...I know you see Harper n Jordan n I ..blowing kisses to you everyday!!! Crying.missing.n reminding myself you are ok.w our Lord in heaven...n Gods plan was for you to be w him n be our Angel..Itz hard not hearing or seeing you. You are in my heart...w all the wonderful memories best childhood,lessons you taught as I got older...how to love,be kind,have respect, be appreciative,work hard, pray to God and be a Christian and most of all Love and enjoy family..I think of what you said..dont ever worry Sher..go with your heart n you will Never go wrong..n you were my go to guy....always had the the answers.n best advice...I miss those talks...but now...I say..well..what would Dad probably say or do...n that's my.. go to..I know your w me n our family guiding us n watching with smiles.Moms an amazing person like you..shes doing ok..missing you deeply!!! Working very hard...n taking charge...so I know you're w her n Rocky. We all missed you Thanksgiving..wow it was difficult... now Christmas....keep us strong Dad....we Love and miss you so much!!!!!!! I will write again soon..Love you Dad!!

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of my favorite doctor. He was always so kind to me especially when I needed cataract surgery. I will miss him very much. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this very sad time

Dad, Its been just 3 days since your funeral.. I hope it was what you would have wanted. It was to us, a beautiful tribute to Our Loving Dad, Grandfather, and Poppa Tom....and Love of Moms Life...Its very hard on us still..but we will be strong for you Dad..You would only want that. I was pleased to be a patient of Dr. Dennis for over 20 years. I appreciated his professionalism and kindliness and always referred others to his practice. My condolences to his wife and family as well as his friends, patients and his long time employees. He was a man who made a difference, and who will be missed.
