Anthony HANSEN

HANSEN, Anthony Thomas passed away Sunday, June 19, 2022, with the love of his life of 40 years, Candice Johnson, by his side. Anthony is preceded in death by his parents, Marion V. Hansen Brown and Ronald C. Hansen. He leaves behind his beloved, Candice Johnson; brother, Christian H. Hansen; sister, Maren Hansen; sister-in-law, Rosemary Hansen; stepfather, Clinton E. Brown; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends in Connecticut, Florida, Georgia and New Hampshire. Born in Norwalk, Connecticut, May 27, 1959, he was raised in Fairfield, Connecticut and attended Roger Ludlowe High School. He later moved to St. Petersburg, Florida in his early twenties. Anthony loved spending time with friends and family. He could usually be found listening to music, singing and working on projects. Anthony worked and volunteered at Suncoast Center, a mental health clinic in St. Petersburg, Florida. He is remembered as gentle spirit, a loving partner, son, brother, uncle and friend. He was also known for his generosity, outgoing personality and big heart. A Celebration of Life will be held by the family in Fairfield, Connecticut in September. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the ICU staff at Bayfront Health, Kindred Acute Care, Northside Hospital and his friends at CVS for being so kind and caring.
