Christopher JACQUEMIN Obituary

JACQUEMIN, Christopher 48, Clearwater, died Thursday, June 6, 2013 from cardiac arrest. Christopher was born Nov. 25, 1964 at Dover AFB in DE. He resided in Winsted, CT and attended St. Anthony School before moving to Clearwater. He worked as a stylist at Hair Plus in Countryside Mall. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Doris and John Gamache, Winsted; his brother Michael, Colebrook, CT, sister Lorenna Cooke, Ellington, CT; two nephews, Austin & Aiden Cooke; one niece, Alyssa Cooke; and two aunts and three uncles in New Bedford, MA. He is preceded in death by his father, Theodore Jacquemin. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 pm Sunday, July 21, 2013 at Countryside Country Club, 3001 Countryside Blvd., Clearwater. All are welcome. Contributions in memory of Christopher may be made to ASAP Pinellas, 1214 Cleveland Street, Clearwater, FL 33755
