Oh, my heart is broken for you, Julie. You will always be a shining star to me and I am a better person for having known you. We weren't close, but we had some laughs, some drinks, some bachelorette parties with my sisters, Astrid & Kristy. Your smile and laugh lit up a room and anyone near us wanted to be a part of it. The photos I took of you, no matter what we were doing/saying/celebrating, your smile said it all -- celebrate each day! Live, love, laugh! Your work ethic, business acumen, ambition & drive led you straight to the top and you shone every step of the way with class, an amazing sense of humor and heart! You helped so many and you never bragged or spoke of how amazing you were to strangers. Everyone you met became a friend. Your fight, your drive, your determination to beat it was inspirational to so many. You rocked every day of your life and you will remain one of my heroes forever! God bless you, Julie. I feel better knowing you are watching down on all of us, laughing with us and helping us through our tears. Hang in there, Rocky and know we are all sending out love & support to you.

I just learned this evening of the passing of my friend Julie. She was a truly amazing Woman and a true light in the world. I will miss her, and will forever be blessed by the good fortune to have known her. I love you Julie!

I met Julie back in the early 80's, the days of Ron & Ron on the radio and a time when a group of eclectic radio DJ's, stand-up comedians and musicians used to run in the same social circles. She was starting out her business, yes...with that one limo.
I still recall the first time I met her, and it seemed like I had known her forever. That is who she was...warm, friendly, kind and funny.
A grounded angel has gotten her wings back...
Julie, you have inspired many and you will be greatly missed.

A friend is one who knows all about you and still likes you.This was one of the rare qualities Julie held as her own.No matter the individual they could lean on her for support.No matter how many times she needed to do it.Sometimes to a fault.She was capable of seeing one as they could be,not what they were in the present moment.Her encouragment as they stumbled,helped many to gather their feet underneath them.I'm extremly thankful she was a part of my life.I've carried many of our conversations with me as life continues to come my way.They shall always remain in my heart as will she,to share with those who path I shall cross.She once called me a true friend.That is a honor I bestow upon her.For she was a rare true friend.Thank-You,Julie for sharing a part of you with Gabrielle and I.It's ruff for us here,when God calls his angels home.But,I'm sure once all has been considered.All can agree with Him;A job well done!May God's grace and peace fall upon all those who's lives you've touched.

I did not have the honor of meeting Julie, except through the stories shared with me by her mom, Diane. She was an inspiration to me as is her mother, who is never without a smile and words of care and compassion. My thoughts and prayers are with Diane, her family, and the many people who have been touched by this incredible lady.

My prayers go out to Julie's family. I only met her once during a Chemo session where she be-friended my son, Keith,and told him not to worry, that Chemo was a breeze. Thanks Julie, you made it easier for him to accept his cancer. He looked forward to seeing you every 3 weeks. The world has lost a GREAT PERSON and Keith has lost his Chemo buddie! Please keep an eye on him from heaven!

I think Julie was one of those people no matter how successful she never forgot a face or name of those she knew back before the Limo company took off. Thoughout the 20 some years my memories of Julie will forever be the same...always with a big smile on her face! She will be missed by all.

Although I only knew Julie for a short time, she was definitely an in toxicating soul. I was deeply saddened by this news, however just like some say, its the quality of life not the quantity. Julie's positive impact lives on in many peoples memories. My deepest condolences go out her loved ones.

I met Julie about a year ago at Escape Salon in Clearwater where we were both getting pedicures. What an amazing woman of strength for all that she had gone through medically! We spoke that day about Oncology as I had formerly worked in that field. She was very brave, upbeat and "ready to beat this disease". She put up a good fight!! I'm certain that she has a special place in Heaven. God Bless her family and friend's.

There is always a purpose for things to happen the way they do. Sometimes it may not feel right, but we believe that Julie has moved on to a better place, were she is no longer feeling pain or suffering. Even though she has left a empty space in all our hearts, we have to believe she's sharing her wonderful smile, and witty sense of humor with all those in heaven.

I am so sad to hear the news of the passing of my dear friend. I first met Julie in 1990 when I was working for Hyatt Hotels in Tampa. Julie and I developed both a professional and personal relationship. She was always so very dynamic, with her infectious personality. She had a great ability to quickly make friends and was always willing to help out when needed. We shared many laughs and good times together. You should be comfortable knowing that she was an inspiration to so many people. Although distance had separtated us, we remained close throughout the years. It was the late 80's when I met Julie and she was just starting the limo business. We were roomates for a period and we enjoyed some fun times at Twin Lakes with Chris and friends. Julie was always there for a friend. She overcame many obstacles and pursued a dream with vigor and charm that came naturally for her. Warm Regards to Julie's family and friends.

We have not met Julie, however, after hearing many great and wonderful stories from Tom and Bev Herring about her, we feel like we knew her personally.
