Linda HAWS Obituary

HAWS, Linda Boggess 70, of Tampa, and formerly of Huntsville, died June 28, 2012, from complications associated with Alzheimer's disease. She was the daughter of the late O.S. "Jack" and Hazel Boggess; and is survived by her brother, Robert Boggess, of Cabot, AR. She is also survived by three children and their spouses, Ashley Haws Guyton (John), Lyle Haws (Catherine), and Meredith Haws Balasco (Greg); and three loving grandsons, Joshua Cucci Haws and Avery and Jack Guyton. Her loving heart extended to her three stepchildren, Laura Haws Williams, Frank Haws Jr., and Angie Haws Poole. We are grateful for the love and support of friends and family throughout this long journey. We are particularly thankful for the spiritual and medical care provided by St. John's Episcopal Church Tampa (www.stjohnstampa.org), Suncoast Hospice (www.thehospice.org), and Bon Secours Maria Manor (www.bonsecoursstpete.org). A service of internment will be held next week in Jackson, TN. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org) or to one of the organizations listed above. Blount & Curry MacDill Avenue Chapel in charge of local arrangements.
