She was also the devoted mother of her three daughters, Stephanie Stephens and her husband, Stephen M. Gans, Marjorie Gibson Stephens Jr. and Minda April Stephens. Mrs. Stephens was also a dedicated grandmother to both Alana Abra Gans and Sabrina Aquilla Gans. Because of her deep affection for dolphins which she swam with as a young girl in Tampa Bay, the family asks that contributions be made to "Save The Dolphins," in her name The address is available from the funeral home. Memorial service to be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, December 18, 2006, at Brewer and Sons South Tampa Chapel.
