Robert J. Bob McClellan, (7-18-27--10-24-15) He was 88 years old. Beloved Husband and Soul Mate of Phyllis E. McClellan for 63 years, Adored father to son Robert J. Chip McClellan (GA), daughter Kim Anne Fortner and son-in-law Daryl J. Fortner (Port St. Lucie, FL). Preceded in death by daughter Mary McClellan Bob was born in Taunton, MA and moved with Phyllis to Lake Worth on their honeymoon in 1952 where they settled and raised their family. Bob and Phyllis have a love that would inspire the best love stories ever told. They loved to travel, spend time with their family and their large close circle of friends. He was a disabled veteran, and good friend to everyone he met. He truly never met a stranger and he was cherished by his family. He was the apple of his daughter eyes. He is also survived by his sister Peggy Gay (Attleboro, MA), 3 nephews and their families, 5 grandchildren: Shane, Crystal, Melony, Misty and Joshua, 17 great children, 1 great great grandchild and 1 grand dog Tyler J. A mass was held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church located at 410 No. M Street, Lake Worth, on Saturday October 31st.

I remember Bob and Phyllis from when I was a child growing up in Lake Worth in the 1950's. They were friends with my parents, Bill and Rose Webb. I am sorry to learn of Bob's passing. My condolences to Phyllis and the rest of his family and friends.
