Arthir Harlock

Arthur Harlock, 83, died Nov. 25, 2008, at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown. He was born in Fort Pierce and moved to Fremont in 2005. He served in the Navy for three years. Before retirement, he worked as a carpenter for many years specializing in cabinet making. He was a member of the Elks. He graduated from the Vero Beach High School in 1943. Survivors include his wife of almost 60 years, Janie Harlock of Fremont; daughters, Diane Clark of Fremont, Judy Henderson of Cordele, Ga., and Debbie Wright of the Woodlands, Texas; son: David Harlock of Conyers, Ga.; sister, Wanda Anderson of Vero Beach; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert and Charles Harlock; and a sister, Alice Hamilton. SERVICES: A memorial service will be held at a later date.
