Arthur J.J. Baumann Sr.

ARTHUR J.J. BAUMANN, SR. Arthur J.J. Baumann, Sr. 87, passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2006 at the Treasure Coast Hospices, Stuart. Born in Queens, NY, he has been a resident of Hobe Sound, FL for the past 21 years coming from Whippany, NJ. Arthur was a graduate of Pace College in New York, where he received his accounting degree. During World War II he served in the United States Coast Guard. Prior to retirement, Arthur worked as an accountant, employed by Rowe International, Inc. for 47 years, in Whippany, NJ. He was a former board member of the Cambridge Retirement Community, in Hobe Sound, FL, and he was of the Lutheran faith. Survivors include, wife of 63 years, Edna Baumann, of Hobe Sound, FL, son, Arthur J.J. Baumann, Jr. (Letta), of Miami, FL, 2 grandchildren, Alex and Matt Baumann and sister, Emmie Ronnevig, of Bennington,VT. Contributions may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospices, 1201 S. E. Indian Street, Stuart, FL. A visitation will be held on Saturday,August 5, 2006 from 9:3011:00am, at Aycock Funeral Home, Stuart. A service will follow at 11:00am, with the Rev. Craig Branson officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Aycock Funeral Home, Stuart.
