I worked with Frank when he was in Atlanta and I was in the Stuart Office. When Frank moved to Stuart we worked directly together on a daily basis doing variety of projects for Florida Power & Light and some other Florida utilities.I was building a house and barn for horses in those days. Frank was a master craftsman and would help with the process and lend us tools. The tool that helped most was a nail gun. The guys put fencing around on 10 acres and we are so happy do you have the use of Frank's nail gun. Frank and Margaret would come out tob the country to see if I was ok and offer any help. She was a nurse and he aa master craftsman, both in woodworking and in making power plants work ! They both cared about other people and were there to helpb without even asking.
Frank was very proud of his family and a wonderful man to work with in our industry. A great engineer and a gentleman! My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Cherish the good memories of time shared with him. I am sure he is up there with Margaret now saying what's all the fuss down there? We will miss him, but I know he is in a better place. Celebrate his life. It was a very fine life!! Warmest regards and best wishes to all the Music family!

Frank was a mentor and friend for several years at Ebasco in Stuart. I enjoyed his company as I struggled to understand the game of golf, and stayed in touch with him throughout the years. A genuinely warm and caring individual, Frank was a fine gentleman, trusted colleague, and good friend. He is, and will be, sorely missed.
