Port Saint Lucie, FL
Jason Terry, age 34, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, went home to be with the Lord on August 7, 2016.
Jason was born in Lexington, Kentucky and moved to Stuart, Florida as a child. He has been a resident of Port St. Lucie for the past 16 years.
Jason is survived by his father, Timothy Terry and his mother and step-father, Jennifer and Michael Widner; his sister, Leslee Terry; his children, TJ, Christian, Tre´, Audrey, Gracie and Dom; adored grandson of Joseph and Jo Ann Culver of Wilmore, Kentucky; Calvin and the late Izetta Terry of Port St. Lucie, FL; and devoted uncle to Gabriel and Mia Terry. Jason is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jason was predeceased by his uncles, Timmy, David, and Jeff Culver.
A visitation will be held from 4 to 7 pm, with a service at 7 pm, on Friday, August 12, 2016, at Yates funeral Home in Port St. Lucie. Entombment will be on Saturday, August 13 at 9:00am at Fernhill Memorial Gardens in Stuart, Florida.

I am so deeply sorry for your entire family.. I am shocked and so saddened.. My family remembers all of you and how our kids were good friends..
