I have so many cherished memories of practicing in front of and visiting with Judge Fennelly. He was a fair and compassionate judge. More important, he was a wonderful mentor and friend. I will miss him very much. Deepest sympathy to the family.

I knew Jack as a prosecutor as was I and then as a judge. He was a fair, straightforward "tell it like it is" man. As a prosecutor he showed mercy and understanding when the same was warranted and as a judge he did not take sides. He just ruled based on the law and the evidence.
You will be missed Jack and say hello to DC and Charles Smith for me and all the other judges you have now joined and we both knew :)

So sorry to hear of your father's passing. He was a great friend of my father, Judge Cyrus Trowbridge. I enjoyed a few lunches with him and my dad. Hopefully they are both lunching together now in Heaven. Love and prayers to your family.

Jack will be sorely missed by all who knew him. One of the funniest men that I have ever known. Full of compassion and wit. Great judge who often showed great capacity for mercy. Anyone who knew him and spent time with him one on one could tell that he was a special man who had a special ability to make one feel like you had known him all your life.
Our loss is the Kingdom of Heaven's gain.
