Dear Beth,
We are very sorry to learn of Mike's passing. I will always remember many fun times on the golf course with Mike followed by time on the Milbrook patio. I also recall his great contributions on the Milbrook Board of Governors as Chair of the Golf Committee. Mike led the effort to open weekend morning tee times to women - a great change for the better of Milbrook which he implemented seamlessly.
I knew that I could always rely upon his advice and counsel. Mike was a true gentleman, with a warm greeting and encouraging word for all he met.

Dear Beth and family,
Carmie and I are so sad to hear about Mike's passing. Not only was Mike my golf chairman but he was also a great friend I always could depend on Mike for his guidance especially during a time when equal access for men and women golfers were at the fore front. I remember the many nights we spent together whether it was a golf meeting or just the four of us for dinner. I have a great photo of you and Mike at David and Eve's wedding. The Hughes were the most respected and loved couple at Milbrook Club.
