Michael Thomas Orr

Michael Thomas Orr, 49, of Jupiter died Monday, May 25. He was a lifelong resident of Jupiter. He was president of Orr Woodworks in Jupiter, established by his father in 1963. He was a member of Jupiter High School's class of 1977 and attended Newberry College in Columbia, S.C. He was a member of the Golf Club of Jupiter and Tequesta Country Club and was a highly respected amateur golfer. His most recent accomplishment was completing the Seven Mile Bridge Run in the Florida Keys. He loved to go out on his Contender, the "Five O's." Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Debbie; three children, Tyler, Brittney and Dallas; his mother, Carole Orr; a sister, Brenda Raynor and husband Scott; and a brother, Jeff Orr and wife Tawni. A celebration of life will be at the Jupiter Community Center, 200 Military Trail, Jupiter, on Saturday, May 30, at 10 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity. Condolences may be addressed to anyone in the Orr Family at 125 W. Juno St., Jupiter, FL 33458. Arrangements were by Taylor & Modeen Funeral Home of Jupiter.
