Christopher Jackson Obituary
Survived by his mother Robin (Jackson) Gabree, with whom he lived; his daughter Jaylisse Jackson; his brother Shane Jackson Jr.; a step-sister Theresa Woods; a step-brother Aaron Fairbanks from Central Maine. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends "His Boys". Chris is predeceased by his step-father Michael Gabree; grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Stansfield Jackson; uncles Timothy and Jay Jackson and his aunt Inga Jackson.
Chris attended North High School and worked for a short time at the Norton Company and also worked for various roofing companies in the area. He enjoyed basketball, baseball and spending time with his family and friends. Christopher was a big hearted, loyal and giving person. All his family and friends will sadly miss him.
Calling hours are on Sunday, May 11, from 2 to 4 PM in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home, 12 Hammond St. A funeral service will be held at 4 PM. Burial will be at 12 Noon in St. John's Cemetery on Monday, May 12. Memorial contributions may be mailed to the Rose Monahan Hospice on Coes Pond, 10 Judith Road, Worcester, MA 01602.

Dear Shane, Robin, family and friends,
I am extremly sorry with what happened to Chris. I want to let everyone know what a wonderful person Chris is. He loved hanging out with the boys and loved to be funny. No matter what he found a way to make someone smile. Robin, Chris used to come over to hang out with my brother and always talked how much he loves you. When he was younger he would try to go the extrem to see how much trouble he can get.
Always said " I have to go before my mom gets mad".
I understand what you are

know he is looking down on you, making sure you are
doing the right thing. I
can't beleive this myself.I
feel like I am dreaming and
someone needs to slap me so I can wake up.
Shane stay strong for your
brother, be proud that he
was loved by lots and lots
of people. One thing you can
count on is "love never
dies" so stay strong and
make him proud.

Whats up Chris, U left me today at 1:15 on a journey that I'm not ready for. I never thought u would of been leavin me n everyone so soon. I can't explain the pain I feel! It hurts so bad to know that I'll never get to see you again, only in a picture or in my dreams. I know even death could never break our bond. To The Jackson Family
I know right now we are all in pain and probably wondering why things happened the way they did. However God knows our life's road even before we are born. I know we won't be able to see Chris again on this earth, but I take joy in knowing that he has gone to his real home where there is peace, rest, love, and no more sorrow. He is now safe in the masters arms. I met Chris through my grandson Michael and ever since he became like one of my own grandchildren. He was kind-hearted, respectable, and a pleasant person. I am glad that I got to know him and some glorious day we will all meet again.

To the Jackson family:
When Chris was young he use to hang out w/ his friend Mike Connell and when I visited their family Chris would be there. He was such a cute kid and a lot of fun. I found out that he shared the same birthday as my daughter, April 22. (She died when she was 3). I remember as he got into his teen years watching him play basketball down at Emmanuel Baptist Church. I will always remember his smile. Please be at peace knowing that the God who holds all of us in the palm of His Hands is now holding Chris is His loving arms.

I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.

because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
