Joyce and family,
We are so sorry to hear of Jack's passing, he was such a friendly, funny guy who loved telling us stories about his family he loved so much. He loved being with his grandsons and having a drink with them and them all teasing each other.
He will be missed.

Joyce and family, I've just opened up the telegram On Line for the first time in a couple weeks and read of Jackie's death and I want to tell you how very sorry I am. I have so many fond memories of Jackie when we attended Gates Lane School together from Kindergarten thru 8th grade. It was so good to see you both at the reunion we had back in 2001. I had just recently asked Dick, Carol, and Cookie about planning another one this year. Please know that my prayers and my love go out to you and your family. He was a wonderful guy! Angie

My condolences to Joyce, Patty, Scotty
I will forever enjoy the fond memories of Jack for a long time.
Though he was a prankster and loved to play jokes on his friends while he attended to his business when it was on east main street Webster.
But he enjoyed the practical jokes played on him .he never got angry, upset but made sure he would plot a better joke then the one he got at work.
He really enjoyed the sense of humor from many of his friends.
His friends were like a brother to him.
We will miss him but will always enjoy his fellowship of good times we all had with him all those many years in the many uniforms he wore about in the county, even at the bird watchers club every Sunday you could always find him there sharing a story he had heard ...
I can still see him wearing his old RCMP uniform he wore from time to time driving in his well marked SUV.
He was like a ICON.
My sympathy to the O Keefe family.

My condolences to Joyce, Patty, Scotty
I will forever enjoy the fond memories of Jack for a long time.
Though he was a prankster and loved to play jokes on his favorite good friends while he attended to his business when it was on east main street Webster.
It ranged from a shoe box full of baby frogs he gave to a police chief once, those frogs jump all over in the chief office, still today I don't believe all of them was ever caught.
Then he would leave a tire or two in someone else's workplace, pickup truck and their place of residence.
Then he graduated by leaving rubbish bags here and there in the same places.
He was good of rigging a vehicle with a smoke bomb attaches to a fan belt or two.
But in return he got it right back: guys would deliver a dump truck load of old concrete blocks at his business on east main street Webster. Then he got a load of gravel, then a load of horse manure, a load of rubber tires, and the last gig was a old Porto Jon with that a certain club needed to get rid of it, so it found its new home on east main street with a sign on it Jacks Office. With a blue light mounted on top of it.
He really enjoyed the sense of humor from many of his friends.
His friends were like a brother to him.
We will miss him but will always enjoy his fellowship of good times we all had with him all those many years in the many uniforms he wore about , even at the bird watchers club every Sunday you could always find him there sharing a story he had heard in some town department...
My sympathy to the O Keefe family.
