Margaret Benoit Obituary
Southbridge - Margaret L. (Birch) Benoit, 93, of North Woodstock Road, died Saturday in her home after being stricken ill. Her husband Lawrence G. Benoit died Jan. 9, 1990.
She leaves 3 sons Lawrence J. Benoit of Southbridge, Scott B Benoit of Southbridge, Bruce G. Benoit of Brimfield, a daughter Sandra Provost of Southbridge, 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by 3 brothers Richard Birch, Clarence Birch, Billy Birch and 3 sisters Dorothy Cudworth, Mary Haipen, Janice Lamoureux.
She was born in Deep Water, NJ, the daughter of Elmer and Viva (Whidden) Birch and lived in the area many years.
Margaret was a member of The Elm Street Congregational Church and its Women's Fellowship. She enjoyed flower gardening and baking for the family.
A graveside service will be held at 11:AM, Wednesday September 20, in Oak Ridge Cemetery (off of Everett St) Southbridge.
Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St. Southbridge is directing arrangements.

Dear Scott, Sandra and The Benoit Family,
Please accept my sincerest condolences on the loss of your Mother. Hopefully the many wonderful memories you have will bring you comfort in the difficult days ahead of you.
Scott, I'm so sorry you lost your Mom so close to Timothy's passing. I can't imagine losing my Mother and my Best Friend and Business Partner within such a short time of each other.
May God Bless You All and may you help each other cope and heal from these devastating losses in your lives.
