So sad to hear of Bill's passing. He was our mail carrier for years until he changed his route. We chatted frequently. He spoke often of his children and always asked about mine.

Rest in peace, Bill.

So sad to hear of Bills passing. He was our mailman. He always had a smile for everyone. Our dog would hear his mailtruck and get all excited and run out to see him and get his cookie. We talked hockey and about our kids. He was very proud of his children. May he rest easy and may you all find comfort as God carries you through this difficult time as I know he will. So sorry.

Bill was our mail carrier for many years. Each day our dog, Teddy, would hear or see the mail truck and immediately run to the door to be let outside. Teddy always wanted to be sure he was sitting and waiting patiently for Bill on our walkway as he walked over from the neighbors. As soon as he saw Bill and heard Bill's voice say, Teddy! What's up buddy, Teddy's tail would start wagging with so much excitement to see his friend. Teddy certainly will miss his dear friend and the countless treats Bill gave him.
Over the years, our family developed a great friendship with Bill. My wife and I enjoyed sharing many stories with Bill about our children. He was so proud of his children and enjoyed telling us about all their accomplishments both academically and athletically. He had such a love for sports that many times we would run into him at a high school basketball game. Sometimes he would even attend some of our son's high school basketball games. He was a great man with a big heart who we will sadly miss. We will remember Bill not only as our mail carrier but as a great friend! RIP Bill!

Bill had been my mailman for years in the town of Holden. He was truly a bright spot in my day. He was amazing with my dogs, first Daisy and then Mandy. Bill was a great man, who had a great sense of humor, and who was incredibly friendly. He will be sadly missed.

William,or as I referred to him as "Hey Bill !", was my mailman for years. I was shocked and sadened to hear of his passing. I will never forget his interest in the multiple art projects I was involved in. He always had words of encouragement, even if the project I was working on was not turning out the way I wanted. After he changed routes I still saw him around town, and he'd throw up a big wave as we passed one another. I will miss seeing him around. See you on the other side buddy.

Bill was our mailman for nearly 15 years before we moved. He was so kind and caring. Our little boy would wait at the window to see him and his truck, he loved to see him coming. He always had a big happy smile on his face that lit up his eyes and made you instinctively smile back. Our condolences to those he treasured.

Bill was our mail carrier for what seemed like forever. He would dip his head into our pool on hot days, he would open our front door and just throw biscuits in for the dog if Cocoa wasn't out to greet him. He tried endlessly to get my youngest to speak to him, which took many years!!!! Over the years as we talked, we had many connections, which makes the world very small. He would share many stories of your children, as our children are of similar ages. Pop Warner, College searches, endless stories of the twins. He was so very proud of them. Find comfort in the memories you made as a family. He was a good man. He will be missed.

The O'Neill Family,

I am so sorry about Bill, my heart breaks for you all. Bill was such an easy going kid with the best sense of humor growing up, a bunch of us would hang out at the Webster Square skating rink on Friday nights. I'm so glad I had the pleasure of reconnecting with Bill again as adults thru Pop Warner.

Wendy, as you know, I just lost my husband, if there is anything I can do for you, please let me know, I mean it, it's such a devastating thing to go thru, especially as they were both so young still.

I hope him and my Billy connect up there and do some fishing together. (He was a better at it than John!)

Thinking of you all, sending hugs and prayers.

RIP Bill
