He is survived by a son, Gavin Hooper of Smithville; father, David Hooper of Smithville; mother, Carol Hooper of FL; brothers, Greg (Brianna) Hooper of Franklin & Jeff Hooper of FL; paternal grandmother & step grandfather, Doris Hooper (Emil) Flosi; maternal grandmother, Hilda Facemire; uncles, Dan (Nancy) Hooper, Allen (Susan) Facemire; aunt, Diane (Daniel) Willis. Services Saturday, 3 p.m., at DeKALB FUNERAL CHAPEL, (615) 597-9400.
