Matthew Phillip "Matt" Stubblefield

Franklin, TN - Matt, age 25, of Franklin, TN died suddenly November 19, 2019 at his home.

He was born in Nashville TN, October 27, 1994 to Charles Phillip and Linda Garrison Stubblefield. Matt graduated Independence High School. He was active in the Boy Scouts, achieving and earning his position as an Eagle Scout. He later graduated from University of Tennessee Knoxville, BS Communications. He was employed with Tractor Supply working in customer support.

Matt enjoyed all kinds of music and loved how music brought people together. With an eye for fashion, he also loved being the most dapper man in the room.

Matt was a smart and quick thinker. Comedy was a joy to him. He enjoyed laughing and his favorite comedians were always at his fingertips. Comedy was his thing. He enjoyed following the Green Bay Packers and the Tennessee Titans. The Bolo Club was a special place for Matt, where he enjoyed working with his father and riding ATVs.

Survivors include his Parents, Charles and Linda Stubblefield of Franklin, TN; his sister, Katherine M.(Katie) Stubblefield of Franklin, TN; and his grandmother, Ms. Charlotte L. Garrison of Nashville, TN along with a close-knit extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins.

There are no plans for a public funeral. There will be a private gathering of family and friends.
