Tim Boyd Obituary
Ashland City - Timothy Scott Boyd, age 49, passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2018, at Centennial Medical Center in Ashland City, Tennessee. Tim was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on July 16, 1968, to Fred and Marie Bowman Boyd. He was a member of the Cheatham County High School Class of 1986 and worked for Carlex Glass Company as an assembly line worker. Tim is survived by his parents, Fred and Marie Boyd; siblings, Jeff (Stacy) Boyd and Stacey Boyd Cagle; nieces, Morgan Cagle, Blakley Whited and Whitney Whited. Funeral service for Tim will be Sunday, July 1, 2018, at 2pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Brother Joe Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee. Visitation will be Saturday, June 30th from 2pm to 7pm and on Sunday, July 1st from 11am until service hour of 2pm. Serving as pallbearers will be Charles "Doodle" Bowman, Jerry Sullins, Paul Nichols, David Hamlett, Terry Boyd, and Gary Newman. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tim's memory may be made to The Leukemia And Lymphoma Society c/o Cheatham County Funeral Home 615-792-2552 cheathamcountyfh.com
